Tasty lunch today at Miyako's: A Miyako Taco - filled with spicy Lobster. The "shell" is a deep fried tofu skin filled with rice and topped with the lobster (which I am sure was actually langoustine) and spicy sauce. I of course, dipped it into my soy sauce, ginger and wasabi blend.Good day!
