I woke up this morning with a desire to improve upon myself. Be better, stronger, smarter, faster... Does anyone else feel like they are possibly second rate versions of themselves? I am capable of much more of myself and I am not pushing to achieve it. So here is my plan:
I am going to drink more WATER. I have always been bad about it and I am going to fix it.
I am going to COOK more from scratch and try to use healthy ingredients. Rather go for the ones that always involve my favorite items: butter, cheese and cream.
I am going to READ more because I think it is so good for your mind. It sparks imagination and sometimes it is just what you need to keep motivated.
Lastly, I am going to PAINT more because I am really creative and am wasting that talent! It doesn't have to pretty, it just has to be me!
