I am spoiled.

My husband cooked me the best dinner the other night. He crusted a London Broil (we have freezers full of beef to use up), pan fried it in a skillet and then let it cook in the oven for about 15 minutes. While it was resting I lent a hand and made some Macaroni and Cheese - how thoughtful of me?! Ha ha. He opened up a bottle of Seismic Pinot Noir that he bought at Trader Joe's the day before. Sometimes the most simple meals, are the best meals! Thank you Scott. <3

Is that the Tabasco A.1.? That's the only flavor I haven't tried. I usually only go with the thick & hearty for steaks and the cracked peppercorn for burgers.

Yes! It is pretty good. Worth a try - I know you like your sauce!

London Broil is a huge favorite here. Maybe it is just us but if we have a perfectly cooked steak [juicy] we don't use sauce. Any kind. To use it masks the flavor. Yours looks delicious.

How come everytime I visit I leave you blog hungry? Think I can get my husband to grill me a London Broil for dinner tonight? :)
