Melissa Good Taste decided that cooking just may be her thing, so she did it again! With only leftover scraps in the fridge she created this masterpiece. Take Pillsbury Bread Dough from your local grocery store and spread it thin on a pan and set in an oven at 375. Let the dough cook for at least 12 minutes, until you feel it starting to firm up or brown. Take out and spread tomato sauce, I used Barilla. Sprinkle parmesan, and chopped dates, mozzarella and pan fried strips of pancetta. Put back into the oven under the broiler this time! Let the top get all melty and delish. Slice into hand held slices and enjoy the sweet/salty combo.
