Fall Food! Yum...

Melissa Good Taste got crafty in the kitchen last night. I was craving all sorts of comforting Fall treats and I basically came up with a lot of orange colored food! First up a No-Fry Fried Chicken breast, pounded to a pulp and cooked might I say, perfectly to 160 degrees. A butternut squash risotto that was wonderfully cheesy and hearty. While everything else was cooking, I threw in a medley of squash, onions and turnips in the oven to slow roast. I must say I was quite pleased with the outcome. All I was missing was gravy...
