Couch to 5k

In the past year since leaving my desk job full time I have filled my days with some sort of activity, anything to keep busy! I have lost 10 pounds just by moving! One day might be loping horses, driving to the vet or just basic errand running around town. I have motivated myself to start (and finish) the Couch to 5k Program because I know every top athlete has to be in top condition to be the best competitor they can be. Today I started Week 3 and I have never have been more proud of myself. I gain more wind everyday and have never felt stronger. 

Cheers to eating fantastic food and then burning it all off with a good old fashioned sweat session!

I never wondered why you always looked so great, although the food you eat is amazing. Just knowing the workout you have taking care of, training and riding your beloved horses will keep you fit!

Good luck. I like the name of the challenge. :)

Exercising is the best...not even about losing weight but the way it makes you feel and the stress you relieve.

I just finished the Couch to 5K program last weekend. It's such a great way to build up endurance. Good luck.
