In the past year since leaving my desk job full time I have filled my days with some sort of activity, anything to keep busy! I have lost 10 pounds just by moving! One day might be loping horses, driving to the vet or just basic errand running around town. I have motivated myself to start (and finish) the Couch to 5k Program because I know every top athlete has to be in top condition to be the best competitor they can be. Today I started Week 3 and I have never have been more proud of myself. I gain more wind everyday and have never felt stronger.
Cheers to eating fantastic food and then burning it all off with a good old fashioned sweat session!
