Villa Creek Restaurant is located at 1144 Pine Street in downtown Paso Robles. You must visit this place! It is so cute. I have to admit, I don't frequent the downtown portion usually because I am barreling down the 101 to my next adventure. Tucked on a lovely corner facing the park you will find Villa Creek.

yum! you always find such delicious restaurants!! this sounds tasty :)
The reason I almost never order carnitas anymore is that they are so often full of fat. It's not worth it (to me) to get a few bites of delicious pork when you get size-of-a-dime chunks of fat mixed in. But those look like some of the leanest I have ever seen.
I've been on a Carnitas kick for a while -- That looks great. I want 'em now :)
Great blog!
